Dividend policy

The Company places great priority on its policy of distributing profits to shareholders.
Our basic policy is to distribute sustainable returns, taking into careful consideration our business strategy, financial situation, profit levels, and securing the retained earnings necessary to consolidate and develop our operating base.
The Company plans to improve its performance by appropriating retained earnings as additional operating funds to grow business and to make strategic investments to bolster the foundations of its business.
With respect to the appropriation of surpluses, We have a basic policy of distributing one annual year-end dividend with the approval of the general meeting of shareholders.
