Leadingsoft Inc. was established in July 2008 as a general sales subsidiary of Liandi (Nanjing) Information Systems Co., Ltd., which had developed business applications for the Japanese market since the early 1990s. Amid globalization trends in the system development sector, Leadingsoft Inc. uses its approximately 20 years of system development knowhow in the Japanese market to primarily engage in sales and proposals for offshore development and promotion of bridge SE, emphasizing high quality, low cost, fast delivery, and large-scale mobilization. It provides comprehensive support for Japanese companies in managing business in China, and offers proposals for offshore development to a wide range of industries.
