LianDi Clean Technology Inc.（LNDT）

LianDi Clean Technology Inc. ("LNDT," hereafter) is a provider of engineering services and software products for the oil industry, primarily serving the largest energy groups in China, and engages in (1) the sale of various equipment and facilities; (2) the provision of control software; (3) the provision of oil tank cleaning services; and (4) the manufacture and sale of petrochemical products.
In China, the demand for oil and other sources of energy is forecast to continually rise in step with economic growth, and along with this the oil industry is also expected to grow. Looking ahead, LNDT will strive to expand its business by providing the oil industry with optimum solutions.

LNDT provides engineering services and software products to the oil industry. Thanks to our business dealings with leading energy firms including China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec) and China National Petroleum Corporation (PetroChina), we have achieved steady growth in our operations. Moving forward, LNDT will strive to further expand its business by providing optimum solutions to the oil industry, which enjoys future prospects for growth.
Further, as a member of the SJ Group, LNDT will contribute to the Group's business results while working to demonstrate the effects of the synergy between SJI's software development capabilities and LNDT's software products.

Oil Tank Cleaning	Mechanized cleaning of oil tanks at oil refineries. Currently being promoted through a business alliance with Japan-based System Kikou Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato Ward,Tokyo)
Petrochemical Products	Manufacture and sales of polyacrylamide, used in wastewater treatment and oil exploration.
